How it works

A clear process, with privacy built in.

The public website explains the practice. The separate secure clinical system handles intake, protected health information, and patient communication.

01

Join the secure waitlist

Provide bounded contact information through the approved waitlist without entering symptoms, diagnoses, medications, labs, insurance details, or medical history.

02

Complete secure intake when instructed

Any clinical information is provided only through the restricted clinical workflow sent by the practice, not through a general website form or site guide.

03

Meet with the provider

Discuss goals, history, and relevant information in the appropriate private care setting. Telehealth eligibility and location requirements are confirmed by the practice.

04

Review appropriate options

If care is appropriate, the provider explains the proposed plan, limitations, benefits, risks, and alternatives. No treatment is guaranteed.

05

Monitor and follow up

Progress and relevant information are reviewed through the secure clinical relationship. Plans change only when the clinical picture supports a change.
