This website provides general information about DJL Fitness HRT. It does not operate a patient portal, clinical record, or embedded patient-intake system. The site guide accepts only fixed navigation choices and does not transmit or save a visitor's response.
Information handled by the website
The static hosting and security provider may process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the website. The site does not include advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party analytics.
Do not submit medical information
Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab results, insurance information, medical history, treatment history, or other private medical information through the public site or general email. Use only the separate secure clinical workflow when instructed by the practice.
Secure services
Waitlist and patient-intake workflows, when active, are hosted separately in the practice-controlled Google Workspace environment. Their responses do not pass through or remain on this public website.
